Artichoke dip

This is a snazzy recipe I got from a fellow blogger (stephscafe.blogspot.com)

Ingredients:

(1) 14oz can QUARTERED artichoke hearts, drained and cut up
(1) can ORIGINAL Rotel (diced tomatoes and chiles), drained
(1/2) cup mayo
(1/2) cup grated parmesan cheese
(1) tsp garlic powder
(1/2) tsp worcestershire sauce

Drain artichoke and Rotel in colander. Chop up artichoke hearts.

Combine all ingredients in dish and bake at 375 for 30-35 min until bubbly. Let cool for 10 min or you'll burn your tongue!

Serve with your favorite chips.
This was REALLY good! I'll be making this again!

  1. It's not something that you'd think would go together but it sure does look good. I'll have to give it a try.

  2. So glad you liked it. I have made this more than anything else and it's always the first to go. I will probably make it this weekend too so I can post about it right before the holidays in case someone wants to make it. The last few times I made it I didn't take a pic.

  3. I'm going to add a can of drained chicken to my next batch of artichoke dip. Maybe even a little spinach too.

I make an awesome fiesta dip with ground beef that we eat entirely as a meal. I'll be posting that soon.
