Fish Patties

My sister was visiting and wondering what to do with several cans of fish that someone had given her. I suggested she make, FISH PATTIES!

There's nothing more economical or delicious than pan fried fish patties.

I can barely tell the difference in taste between Pink Salmon and Mackerel, so either will do. Mackerel $1 can, Pink Salmon $2 -

Fish Patties

Drain 1 can of fish, add 1 chopped onion, sprinkle garlic, salt, pepper, 2 eggs and crumble into mixture 8-10 saltine crackers. Form into patties and fry in grease. Serve with baked potato, rice, or macaroni and cheese. Simple, economical, and delicious!
